1. In 2024 the forum “Rebus. Agglomerations: Experience. Opportunities. Challenges” is held in an international format, its participants are representatives of 23 countries, including China, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Qatar, as well as representatives of 60 subjects of the Russian Federation. Speakers will be heads of federal and regional ministries and development institutions, industry associations, unions, leading Russian companies - developers and manufacturers of building materials.
2. This year we have gathered on our platform a serious list of development institutes of regions and cities of the Russian Federation and foreign specialists-city planners.
3. This year young specialists take part in the forum. These are urban planners and specialists in sustainable urban development, students of specialized universities, both Russian and foreign. This is very important for us. There is a new generation of professionals who will create the very future of urban agglomerations, which we are now only outlining in dotted lines.
4. The Institute of Spatial Planning of the RT plays a key role in this year's forum. Both its director Oleg Grigoriev and a number of specialists from the institute will take part. Their experience in developing agglomeration development strategies is currently one of the most interesting in the country.
5. The issues of implementation of agglomeration master plans, approaches to harmonization of interests, and in Russia this topic in this form will be raised for the first time.

The Forum will traditionally open with a plenary session, where Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, Nikita Stasishin, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, and Alexander Sokolov, Governor of the Kirov Region, will take part,
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Chuvash Republic Dmitry Krasnov - Minister of Economic Development and Property Relations of the Chuvash Republic. A number of foreign colleagues - representatives of Qatar, Egypt and Pakistan - will also join the event.

All events of this year's forum are dedicated to agglomerations, issues of their creation, development of effective strategies for the development of anchor cities. Agglomerations master plans are one of the key topics, which will be the subject of several discussions. Participants will discuss the peculiarities of working with these important strategic documents, the principles of their development, taking into account the interests of not only developers, but also citizens and the current tasks of the state.
Separately, we will discuss the issues of project implementation in practice, implementation of developments in the life of regions and cities, as well as pay attention to such an important issue as ecology in agglomeration, nature conservation, development of convenient urban space, sustainable resource management, creation of green zones and comfortable public spaces that promote health and interaction of citizens.
A separate session will be devoted to the historical and cultural framework of the agglomeration, development of strategies for spatial and tourist development, which is of key importance in the creation of master plans.
