At the same time in Hall 10A there will be a discussion “Introduction of agglomeration into the legislative field” - with experts from the practice of Russian regions and examples from friendly countries we will discuss how the process of institutionalization of the concept of “agglomeration” in Russia will develop further, whether the lack of comprehensive legislative regulation of agglomeration construction is a blocking factor for the implementation of agglomeration development projects and improvement of management models. At 13:00 in Hall 10A the session “Infrastructure - effective development and functional connectivity of territories” will start with a discussion of the role of infrastructure in creating functionally connected and comfortable agglomerations, exchange of experience and best practices.
🔥From 13:00 to 14:30 in Hall 10 we will meet at the session “Ecology in agglomeration - environment and development of the social framework” to discuss the development of the middle and peripheral areas of the agglomeration with a focus on ecology and sustainable development.

By love or forced choice” on the example of Kazan agglomeration we will discuss the situation typical for most regions: trends and problems faced by urban planners, developers and residents, consider agglomeration development plans, find out what developers and heads of districts think about them.
