The territories of urban agglomerations are actively developing in Russia. Undoubtedly, advanced rates of socio-economic development of territories are impossible without strengthening the institute of land and property relations. The countries participating in the forum and Russian regions will share their experience helping to effectively develop agglomerations on such issues as:

- Legal peculiarities and emerging difficulties of complex cadastral works in agglomerations.

- Updating and filling in the data of the Unified State Register of Rights: identification of right holders within the framework of the implementation of the 518th Federal Law.

- Administrative-territorial division: establishment of municipal boundaries, development of master plans and land use and development rules.

- Digital solutions for effective management of state and municipal property.
