The forum will become a platform for discussing the issues of improving the regulatory framework and mechanisms of agglomerations management, as well as increasing the efficiency of interaction between them. The forum will gather and analyze best practices and cases in this area both in Russia and in a number of foreign countries, as well as develop methodological recommendations for the implementation of best practices in the work of regions and the federal center. The largest agglomerations of Russia, as well as more than 15 CIS and non-CIS countries, primarily the BRICS countries, are invited to participate.
