📌Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has instructed the Economic Development Administration and the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities to prepare proposals on criteria for defining agglomerations for sustainable socio-economic development and comprehensive renewal of settlements by April 1.
The work is being done within the framework of the government's strategic initiative "Cities of Great Opportunities and Revitalization of Small Settlement Forms". The Department of Agriculture will then select agglomerations and reference settlements, as well as adjacent territories for priority infrastructure development of large and small cities by July 1.
📌 Economic Development Administration together with the Ministry of Eastern Development and the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities have also been tasked to analyze the existing mechanisms for the development of various types of priority territories by March 20. Based on the analysis, approaches will be formed to determine the list of territories, due to the integrated development of which will provide citizens with access to infrastructure.
