It will be held in Hall 1 on the second floor of the Expo.
Main topics - Demographic processes in agglomeration areas. Interaction of the center and periphery. Territorial development of agglomerations, typical problems - imbalance of housing construction, infrastructure problems. The system of social facilities in the agglomeration territory - deficit in the agglomeration cores and surplus in the periphery. System of administrative management of agglomeration - coordination councils vs centralization of management.

📎 In the REBUS Exhibition Hall (1st floor) 2 sessions dedicated to the historical-cultural and tourism framework of agglomerations will be held one after another.
The objectives of the session are to identify the main effects of taking into account social and historical-cultural heritage, to define the methods of its accounting and identification, to formulate requirements and recommendations for regulatory mechanisms and organization of the necessary interagency interaction, as well as to
🏢 Hall 3 (2nd floor of the Expo) will host one of the brightest events of the Forum - INTERNATIONAL BRAINSTORM SESSION “YOUNG LOOK AT THE FUTURE OF AGLOMERATIONS”, which we organize together with our partners Academy of Youth Diplomacy.
Young urban professionals from 11 countries will identify the roles and contributions of the next generation to sustainable urban growth, social well-being and economic stability, as well as the key challenges and opportunities facing young talent from different cities and regions in the era of agglomeration development.
In a brainstorming format, they will form a global youth perspective on the urban challenges of modern agglomerations: urban sprawl, pressure on infrastructure, affordable housing, environmental sustainability and community inclusiveness, and the role of each community member from different countries in addressing them.
⚡ And in Hall 3A (2nd floor of the Expo) there will be a session that will be of interest to building materials manufacturers and developers - INDUSTRIAL HOUSING: IMPLICATIONS ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF AGLOMERATIONS. The session will be held in conjunction with the NOPSM Association.
It will discuss how to get involved in Russia's upcoming boom of a new construction technology - industrial house building - and how cities and architects can avoid possible difficulties in its mass application.
🔥 And in Zone 5 (1st floor of the Expo) there will be a specialized session ROLE OF SPACE DATA IN AGLOMERATION DEVELOPMENT, during which the heads of regional agencies in the field of land and property relations will discuss issues that are topical for them now:
Legal peculiarities and emerging difficulties of complex cadastral works in the territories of agglomerations.
Actualization and filling of information of the Unified State Register of Registers: identification of right holders within the framework of implementation of the 518th Federal Law.
Administrative-territorial division: establishment of municipal boundaries, development of master plans and land use and development rules.
Digital solutions for effective management of state and municipal property.
The session will be held jointly with the ABUCO Association
