Oleg Grigoriev, Director of the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan, Talia Minullina, Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of municipal districts, as well as representatives of development communities and businesses that participate in the development projects of the Kazan agglomeration territories.
