The II International Forum REBUS 2024 will bring together leading experts, representatives of authorities, business and scientific community to discuss topical issues of agglomeration development. The event will be held on July 10-11 in Kazan at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center.
REBUS 2024 will become an important platform for developing solutions to improve agglomeration management mechanisms, as well as to improve interaction between agglomerations at the international level. The forum will bring together 450 speakers and experts from more than 15 countries, including participants from the CIS and BRICS+. In total, the Forum will be attended by over 3,000 guests.
The main focus of the business program is to share experience and formulate proposals for improving agglomeration management. The participants will discuss regulatory and legal regulation, social, economic, environmental, historical and cultural aspects, as well as infrastructure and urban planning challenges of modern urban agglomerations.

These are the issues we will discuss at the II International Forum REBUS 2024. A federal competition in the field of urban planning and master planning "REBUS" will be held within the framework of the forum. The winners will be announced in three nominations: "The best agglomeration development master-plan", "The best implementation of agglomeration development master-plan" and "The best solution within the framework of the implementation of the city development master-plan". The event will also feature a specialized exhibition, which will present the best global and Russian practices in the field of urban planning. They will be presented by project organizations and spatial planning organizations
The audience of REBUS 2024 covers a wide range of specialists, including representatives of government agencies, construction and development companies, architects, as well as students of specialized universities. The forum is organized by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan with the support and participation of the Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation and other federal agencies and development institutions.
