The book “Kazan Agglomeration: Servicing and Heritage Preservation” was presented at the II International Forum “REBUS 2024”

📎 On behalf of Rustam Minnikhanov, the book “Kazan Agglomeration: Servicing and Heritage Preservation” was prepared. The publication was released for the forum “Rebus” and presented within the session “Agglomeration Master Planning. From development to implementation”.

📎 The book was created with the participation of the best experts in the development industry, in the field of urban planning, architecture and preservation of cultural heritage objects.

📎 By presenting the book at the forum, ASG Invest shared many years of experience gained in Tatarstan in heritage preservation and development of territories through the mechanisms of successful public-private partnership. Such experience can be useful both for Kazan and other cities seeking to find a balance between agglomeration development and preservation of the cultural code.

📎 The book summarizes the results of the quarter-century development of Kazan and its surrounding areas based on the proposals of the Volga Anti-Crisis Institute, and formulates a strategy for the development of Kazan agglomeration in the coming years. Its essence is in the integrated development, when the commercial effect for developers is interlinked with the creation of social infrastructure and the development of the transport framework of Kazan.

📎 The publication was presented to the guests of Rebus by Robert Khairullin, CEO of ASG invest Group of Companies, as part of the session “Agglomeration Master Planning. From development to implementation”. The event was held with the participation of the authors, including Olesya Baltusova, Assistant to the Raisa of RT, and Oleg Grigoriev, Director of the Institute of Spatial Planning of RT.
