As part of the III International Forum “REBUS 2025: Digitalization. Infrastructure”, which will be held on 3-4 July 2025 in Kazan, will be held a review-contest on digitalization of the construction industry and urban infrastructure.

Participants have the opportunity to present innovative developments in construction and engineering, their digitalization, as well as in the field of construction materials, according to the nominations:

Digitalization of housing and communal services, solutions for smart consumption of resources, emergency forecasting and IoT monitoring, platforms for HOAs and residents

Historic preservation technologies, BIM for cultural heritage, protecting monuments through digital, VR/AR for museums and historic sites

The pitching session will be attended by representatives of the core public sector of the Russian Federation (Ministries of Construction and Digitalization, AIRs, municipalities) interested in getting to know and purchasing relevant products, as well as developers, project institutes, and venture funds.
The pitch session is a platform for direct dialogue between representatives of the relevant authorities and municipalities and developers in the field of digitalization of construction and housing and utilities, as well as urban infrastructure.

A full list of projects not included in the session will be collected in a catalog and provided to the forum participants
A pitch session will be held at the REBUS Forum as part of the debriefing, where the top 10 projects selected from all applications received by 30.07.2025 will be presented

Prospects for commercialization of the project
Market potential — prospects for the market of the future product, validity of sales forecasts.
Scientific and technological potential — can the scientific results underlying the project provide competitive advantages to the new product on the market.
Degree of readiness of the project for use (idea, R&D result, availability of a prototype, etc.).
Marketing research — how obvious is the demand of potential users for the project results and the scale of the market.
Validity of financing — how well-developed are the financing and return on investment schemes.
Significance. Impact on the economy and society as a whole
Some aspects of importance:

  • Improving business efficiency. Innovations allow companies to improve their products and services, reduce production costs and increase competitiveness.
  • Creating new jobs. Innovations contribute to improving the quality of life of the population, as they allow creating jobs.
  • Ensuring sustainable economic development. Innovative activities involve the development and implementation of the latest techniques and technologies, the release of new products, changes in production processes, etc.
  • Solving various problems. With the help of innovative technologies and management solutions, it is possible to solve an increasing number of problems: energy, environmental, resource, social.
  • Predictability of results. When developing a project, a clear goal is set and a calendar plan is drawn up, divided into stages.
  • Transparency and manageability of activities. It is always known at what stage the project is: what its results are, how many resources have already been spent, and how many more will be needed.
  • Increasing the efficiency of the project participants. Each participant is directly interested in the success of the project
