The competition is held by the organizing committee of the Rebus forum
The Contest is held among specialists and organizations of the Russian Federation and foreign countries. The official languages of the Contest are Russian and English. Works can be submitted either in Russian or in English.
The Contest is open and free of charge.
Participation in the competition is open to experienced professionals and organizations, as well as to young architects and students, offering a unique opportunity to demonstrate innovative approaches to the development of master plans and strategies for the development of urban spaces.

Objectives of the competition
To collect and analyze information about the best teams and individual specialists in urban and agglomeration planning, analyze their methodologies and cases, identify the best solutions from both Russian and foreign experience
Development of international cooperation in the sphere of regional and urban development and urban planning
Positioning of Russian specialists in the international community, expanding the presence of Russian planners and scientists in foreign projects
The review-contest will be held in three main nominations:

The best strategic document on agglomeration development
This will include master plans and other documents that record the strategy and plans for the development of agglomerations or their parts

The best scientific work on the topic of agglomeration development
The best training program on agglomeration development
The objective of the nomination is to identify specialists and organizations engaged in the scientific study of agglomerations
This nomination is primarily for universities, but any other authors' curricula will also be considered

Announcement of the competition results:
at the Forum award ceremony.
